Today we rode with the Higgins squad. He does a really good job of ignoring non-clients. :) The good part was we went a little faster and harder than our normal routine. That part I liked. My heart rate got up there for a little bit - but I felt really good. My fitness level sure has come a long way.
I would really like to learn more about cornering... techniques, tips, etc. Maybe we could work on that some day?
