Feels good to be home. I did some indoor trainer rides - and lifted weights while gone. But this afternoon I went out to Mercer and back and was hailed on 3 times! Ah the PNW. At least it isn't snowing like every where else in the US right now.

Since I missed some critical training hours - is there anything I can do to make them up or should I just resume my schedule?

Jen,

You can still follow the schedule, but try to push the volume up a little bit more through this weekend and into next week. A solid 3 day block would be excellent sat-sun-mon.

also, I will be out of town this weekend, but would like to ride next week, so I will get a hold of you Tuesday
