Jill, Tim and I were going to do an indoor computrainer ride - but the weather was so nice compared to what it has been so instead we rode the Burke up to Woodinville. I was able to include some tempo work and felt slightly tired from yesterday's jaunt. The ground was somewhat wet - but it was warm (I can't believe I think 45 is warm). Got a solid 3 hour ride in. Seems like yesterday was a distant nightmare. :)
