Pedaled indoors due to snow falling and slick roads. Was inspired by 1989 Tour w/ LeMond's comeback. Sheesh those guys are animals. Consistent 130-140 bpm for 2 hours straight. My poor sit bones.
Also went to the gym and lifted this PM. Those sprint workouts did wonders for my strength training. Felt stronger than before. Also increased weights to 50 pounds for core exercises and 35 for bench.
