Short spin to Matthew's beach and home. Got a pinch flat. I think my front wheel is out of tru - do you know enough mechanics and would be willing to teach me how to fix it?
The elbow is fine - just has some bruises. We may be headed down to Smith Rock this weekend in our hippie bus - no worries though, I'm taking the bike.
